BANNER PLACEMENT
The HTML code we send you must be put on one of your web pages within 48 hours of sign up. You agree not to insert the code on pages unrelated to the site you are listing with us. Modification of the HTML code is not permitted.

The banner code may be displayed anywhere on the page as long as the majority of visitors to the site will see and notice the banner. Think of others and put the banner where you would like yours shown. Also your membership will not benefit you if no one clicks on the banner.

You must list the URL of your main banner page on sign up. You may paste the code on as many or few pages as you wish as long as they are linked together, but only one banner per page. Only one banner per framed full screen page is permitted. Placing the banner code in news groups, e-mail, chatrooms, or guest books is not permitted.

You agree to sign-up for only one (1) account per web site. You may have other banner exchange programs on your site, however the more you have the slower loading your site will be and they will be less effective because those valuable credits will accumulate slower for each program.

BANNER CONTENT
Global Trade Banners Targets Global Trade, International Businesses, Domestic Businesses, Import Export and Mail Order. We reserve the right to block banner content that we deem inappropriate to the focus of our members. We accept only G-rated advertisements pertaining to G-rated web sites that are not linked in any way to other sites outside this rating. Think of your banner being acceptable viewing for children and it should be fine. Global Trade Banner is a free service. You agree that it is supported by sponsors and at any given time, the banner on your web site may contain an advertisement from a sponsor, from another member, or from us, Global Trade Banner Exchange.

CANCELATION
You may cancel your membership in the Global Trade Banner Exchange at anytime. Do so by e-mail to support@tradezone.com. Upon cancellation you agree to remove everything from your pages that pertains to the Global Trade Banner Exchange.

FRAUD
Dishonest practices including but not limited to artificial inflation of clicks, mouse over redirection, automatic redirection, using a device, program, or other means. etc. to increase the click ratio of the banner on your site is not permitted. Hiding the banner and receiving credits from it is not permitted.

DEACTIVATION AND REFUSAL OF SERVICE
We reserve the right to refuse service, or terminate any account, for any reason at the sole discretion of the Global Trade Banner Exchange. Upon deactivation you agree to remove everything from your pages that pertains to the Global Trade Banner Exchange. Questions regarding these policies may be sent to support@tradezone.com .

OWNERSHIP
The The Mellinger Co. and Global Trade Banner Exchange logos are trademarks or registered trademarks of The The Mellinger Co., a California Corporation. All databases, reports, software, web site, and information are proprietary and cannot be used without our permission. All other product names and company logos mentioned on this web site and banners are the trademarks of their respective owners. Members have the right to use data generated from their banners for their own personal use.

REVENUE
Income received from the sale of advertising through the Global Trade Banners on your site is the sole property of Global Trade Banner Exchange. This pertains mainly to our sponsorship program that helps support your free banner service.

WARRANTIES
You and all members agree to use this service at your own risk. We do not make any guarantees regarding the dependability and/or accuracy of our services. The The Mellinger Co., The Global Trade Center, Global Trade Banners, their administrators, partners and sponsors cannot be held liable for any damage or loss of information that may occur from the use of the services of the Global Trade Banner Exchange. We will do our best to provide you with the best and most effective service possible.

CHANGING OF TERMS
Global Trade Banners reserves the right to modify, or change these Terms and Conditions as it deems necessary. It is your responsibility to keep current with changes in the Terms and Conditions, since changes are effective for all members, regardless of when the member joined. Check back and look at the bottom of this page for the "This Page Last Updated date" for updated versions of the Terms and Conditions.

AGREEMENT
This is the entire agreement. By signing up and becoming a member of Global Trade Banner Exchange, you acknowledge your agreement to these terms and conditions.
