Your Trade Lead must not infringe on any copyrights or trademarks not owned by you.  We review trade leads on a daily bases and if we discover a listing that appears to infringe on any copyrights or trademarks, those respective Trade Leads will be removed from our system.

For example; Nike, Puma, Reebok, Rolex, Gucci and Adidas are trademarks of their respective owners.  Please do not represent these products in your trade leads unless you have authorization to do so by the owners of these trademarks. 

If you discover a Trade Lead that is infringing on a copyright or trademark owned by you, please notify us immediately with proof of your claim and we will remove the violating Trade Lead from our system.
