| This furnace is the latest generation furnace that developed by the institute. It is the state patent product. No. Of single furnace is ZL 99 2 28055.9 and binary furnace is ZL 99 2 228053.2.
This furnace possesses the following characteristics:
1. Length of furnace: 14 to 22 meters average width: 2 meters
Length of lead furnace: 6.5 to 9meter, width 2.2 meter
2. Fore part is 8 to 10 meter heat resistant stainless steel tube. Back part is high quality hole brick of carborundum.
3. Heat source position is different from normal furnace. Heat source is at the back part of furnace. The temperature of inputting wire mouth is the lowest. The temperature of output of wire is relatively highest. The steel wire at the hole is continuously heated up from low temperature to high until exported. Thus it fitted to the temperature of wire that technics requires.
4. Lead furnace do not require separated heating device. At the end of furnace, there is a quirk and braking rim to control. Also at the lead boiler, there is device of air cooled and electric heat-insulating. All devices is autocontrolled. Its merit is following:
(1) Small body of furnace, light weight, installed quickly, disassembled and moved easily, long working life.
(2) Output is high. Annual max. Output of single furnace is 10000 ton, binary furnace is 15000 ton.
(3) The design is novelty, according with the theory of heating convected and conversed. Thermal efficiency is high. Energy source is low. The consumption of single furnace producing one ton wire is 65 kg standard coal, 60 kg is for the binary furnace. The thermal efficiency may reach more than 35%. The cost of one ton wire is lesser than $2.71-4.05
