| 1. Heating and melting lead by gas or fuel fired, time of melting lead is shorter, cutting down the consumption of raw materials.
2. Heat-insulating power of electrical heating is from 30 to 60 KW, start to working at low-yield, insuring temperature of lead liquid. High-power electrical heating pipes are inserted across lead boiler, easily repaired and replaced.
3. Several water-cooling pipes are fixed at foreside of lead boiler. Water-cooling pipes are also inserted across lead boiler, being on safe side.
4. Dual controller is adopted to control lead temperature, temperature being specified at 2 Degree. C plus or minus.
5. Lead boiler is provided with the circulating system of lead pump, flatting temperature of front and back lead liquid.
6. Provided with anti-wear press roll of high and hard semicircle, reducing benefit of press roller rising trough.
