Our factory is specialized in production of Swiss croissants and variety of breads that are based on unique breadmaking recipes and introduce new taste on the Bulgarian market. It is now here due to the efforts of our partner Giovanni Brumana, a member of a large family which operates numerous bakeries and pastry factories in Lugano, Switzerland.
Being given the assistance of generations of experience and new technologies Giovanni has decided to expand his business into the Bulgarian market where the lack of production that could satisfy such high-quality standards turned out to be his unexpected investment inspiration.
We welcomed the chance of being his partners and the result is our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, built in accordance with the latest food safety requirements, and equipped with up-to-date technology and machinery, which – as Giovanni said – is a cut above our Swiss predecessors.
