Gingko Metal & Die Factory was established in Mar., 1998 in China. Our factory specializes in designing & manufacturing precise metal tooling and press process, we have 2 years’ OEM experience. The workshops cover an area of 14,000.00 square meters, it owns 486 staff, 23 of them are designers, 142 of them are molding technicians, 115 are press operators. 18 are quality inspectors. The factory possesses strong capacity for metal die design, manufacture and press process. PressCAD is applied for molding design, many equipment are under numerical control: there are 6 precise lag wire-cutting machines, 10 wire-cutting machines, 4 CNC process centers (one large CNC process center is from Taiwan), 50 precise grinders. Press machines include: 5 sets of 160T-300T Two-axle automatic press machines; 12 sets of 110T-160T automatic press machines and 28 sets of 16T-60T press machines. Other machines for processing and testing include 1000x800x500 3 dimensional inspector and ultrasonic cleaner. Products cover: computer housings, fittings of printer, copier, and auto decks and various springs for metal die. Die type covers: single-operation die, robotic and large & medium size progressive die. We have set-up precise molding department for metal spring plates and terminal blocks. Our tooling has been sold far to Japan, Singapore and Europe, U.S.A. We are also the long-term die-maker designated by many large-scale enterprises.Our main customers are IBM, Sony, Panasonic, Midea, Toyota, Mazta, Konica, Toshiba, Xerox, Canon, Minolta, Ricoh etc. We are carrying out global total quality management.
