1.Q: Are you a factory or a trading company? Where are you?

   A: We are a factory with many years manufacture experience. We are located in Quanzhou city, Fujian Province, China. 

2.Q: Can we use our own logo or design?

   A: Yes, we do provide OEM and ODM.

3.Q: Do you accept customized orders?

   A: We are professional bag manufacturer, that’s what we are good at.

4.Q: What is your MOQ?

   A: Normally, the MOQ is 500pcs per model. However, some of products are available in stock now, so small order is also welcome.

5.Q: Can the price be flexible?

   A: We've tried our best to offer you high-quality products with reasonable price. But if your order quantity is considerable enough, we may provide an extra discount.

6.Q: How can I get some samples? How long is the sample time?

   A: We would like to send them to you by Express DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX.The sample time is 3-7 work days with new production.

7.Q: What is your term payment?

   A: We accept Western Union, T/T, L/C and so on.

8.Q: What's your delivery time?

   A: If we have in stock, we can deliver the goods within 3 days, otherwise, we need 30-45 days to prepare the goods(specific time depends on your order quantity).
