If you stop taking Percocet suddenly, you may experience withdrawal symptoms such as anxiety, sweating, sleep disturbances, chills, nausea, tremors, diarrhea, or hallucinations. If you plan to stop treatment, your doctor may be asked to gradually reduce the dose to mitigate the effects of withdrawal. Each tablet of Percocet, white to off-white, scored, imprinted "Percocet" on one side and a scoreline on the other, contains 5 mg of oxycodone hydrochloride and 325 mg of acetaminophen. Nonmedicinal ingredients: stearic acid, corn starch, pregelatinized starch, microcrystalline cellulose, povidone, and colloidal silicon dioxide.
